Barbara L. Patrick MD, Facog Gynecology Services

Dimager. Barbara Patrick is a native Iowan, growing up in Tipton. She received her undergraduate degree in biology at the University of Northern Iowa. In 1987 she graduated from the college of Medicine at the University of Iowa. While a third year medical student she became interested in obstetrics and gynecology, liking the mix of medical and surgical options available to treat women.

Her OB/GYN residency was completed at the University of Kentucky in 1991. Immediately after her residency she joined a large group practice specializing in obstetrics and gynecology where she was a partner until May 2008, when she left to open Woman to Woman Gynecology Services. After 21 years of specializing in both obstetrics and gynecology Dr. Patrick now concentrates her medical practice in the area of evaluating and treating gynecologic problems.

Dr. Patrick is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is board certified. She is a member of the AMA, Iowa Medical Society, Johnson County Medical Society and the Mercy Iowa City PHO. When not at work Dr. Patrick enjoys gardening, reading, camping and traveling.>
